German Procurment Coordinator

We are looking for a German Procurement Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate who is fluent in German and English and is interested in building a career in Procurement and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the procurement team in handling day-to-day purchasing activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers to collect quotations, confirm orders, and follow up on deliveries.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, procurement documents, and records.
• Communicate with German-speaking suppliers and stakeholders via email and phone.
• Follow up on delivery schedules and ensure timely receipt of materials/services.
• Assist in comparing supplier quotations and preparing basic procurement reports.
• Maintain accurate procurement data and update relevant systems and trackers.
• Coordinate with Finance, Operations, and other internal departments to ensure smooth procurement processes.
• Support the team in resolving basic purchasing and supplier-related issues.
• Ensure procurement activities are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Fluent in German (B2/C1 level or above).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
