Descripción de la vacante:

Diseñar e implementar la estrategia regional de mercadeo para el portafolio farmacéutico de la compañía, asegurando el posicionamiento y crecimiento sostenible de las líneas OTC y éticas, mediante la ejecución de planes comerciales, análisis de mercado, gestión de marcas y liderazgo de iniciativas orientadas a resultados.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollar e implementar la estrategia regional de mercadeo para las diferentes líneas de productos farmacéuticos.
  • Liderar el posicionamiento y crecimiento de marcas OTC y productos éticos en los distintos mercados asignados.
  • Diseñar planes de lanzamiento, relanzamiento y desarrollo de productos.
  • Analizar tendencias de mercado, comportamiento del consumidor, competencia y oportunidades de crecimiento.
  • Liderar campañas promocionales y estrategias omnicanal dirigidas a médicos, farmacias, distribuidores y consumidor final.
  • Coordinar agencias externas, estudios de mercado y proveedores estratégicos.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Mercadeo, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
  • Deseable Maestría en Mercadeo, Dirección Comercial o Administración de Empresas.
  • Experiencia mínima de 5 años en posiciones de mercadeo dentro de la industria farmacéutica.
  • Experiencia regional liderando estrategias comerciales y de mercadeo en múltiples países.
  • Experiencia comprobada manejando portafolios de productos OTC y productos éticos.
  • Manejo avanzado de herramientas de análisis y métricas comerciales.
  • Experiencia liderando y desarrollando equipos regionales de mercadeo multidisciplinarios.
