Descripción de la vacante:
Liderar el diseño e implementación del modelo de franquicias de Voalá!, impulsando el crecimiento sostenible de una red que transforma salones de belleza informales en negocios rentables y profesionalizados. A través de la expansión de la franquicia, esta posición contribuirá a generar mayores ingresos, acceso a capacitación, financiamiento y herramientas de gestión para miles de mujeres emprendedoras en Guatemala y Centroamérica, promoviendo su independencia financiera y movilidad económica.
Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar apertura de nuevas franquicias y asegurar implementación de procesos.
- Establecer desde sus cimientos los lineamientos, procesos, normativas y manuales operativos de la red de franquicias
- Analizar indicadores de desempeño y proponer mejoras.
- Capacitar equipos en cada franquicia.
- Velar por la imagen y reputación de la marca.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años como Gerente de Franquicia, Gerentes de Proyectos Comerciales o liderando iniciativas comerciales desde su origen, idealmente en sectores como franquicias, retail.
- Formación académica en Administración, Mercadeo, Negocios, afines.
- Conocimiento en gestión y expansión de franquicias o negocios.
- Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación.
- Capacidad para analizar indicadores y tomar decisiones estratégicas.
