Descripción del puesto:
Liderar integralmente la cadena de suministro, gestionando planificación, compras, importaciones, logística e inventarios, con enfoque en cumplimiento, eficiencia operativa y resultados. El reto principal será fortalecer la planificación mediante S&OP, optimizar los niveles de inventario y asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales para responder oportunamente a las necesidades del negocio y sus clientes.
Funciones específicas:
- Liderar integralmente la cadena de suministro, asegurando el cumplimiento de entregas y niveles de servicio al cliente.
- Implementar y consolidar el proceso de S&OP, alineando la demanda, producción, inventarios y capacidad operativa.
- Diseñar e implementar estrategias de compras que garanticen la disponibilidad oportuna de materias primas y materiales.
- Optimizar la gestión de inventarios para reducir quiebres de stock y mejorar la eficiencia operativa.
- Liderar y desarrollar los equipos de Logística, Importaciones y Compras, promoviendo una cultura de ejecución y resultados.
Requisitos:
- Formación universitaria en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.
- Mínimo 3 años de experiencia liderando integralmente la cadena de suministro (end to end) en empresas de manufactura o producción.
- Experiencia comprobable liderando equipos de mediana a gran escala.
- Sólido conocimiento y experiencia en la implementación y gestión de procesos S&OP.
- Experiencia en planificación, compras, importaciones, logística e inventarios.
