Descripción de la vacante:
Será el responsable de diseñar, dirigir y transformar las funciones administrativas, financieras y operativas de soporte, alineándolas con los objetivos de crecimiento del negocio. Su propósito central será maximizar el valor de los recursos materiales, humanos y capital, mitigando riesgos sectoriales y blindando la continuidad del negocio mediante una integración ágil y eficiente.
Responsabilidades:
- Supervisar el flujo de caja, presupuestos operativos y control de costos específicos del sector agroindustrial.
- Coordinar el abastecimiento oportuno de insumos agrícolas y el control de stock en bodegas para evitar paros operativos.
- Supervisar la contratación, nómina y cumplimiento legal del personal administrativo y de los trabajadores de campo/planta.
Requisitos:
- Licenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Agrónoma con enfoque administrativo, Finanzas, Ingeniería Industrial o carreras afines.
- Mínimo de 3 a 5 años en puestos gerenciales o de jefatura administrativa exclusivamente en el sector agroindustrial.
- Liderazgo de equipos multidisciplinarios, negociación con proveedores y alta capacidad de resolución de problemas bajo presión.
