• As the General Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our department. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, implementing strategies, and ensuring the team's performance aligns with our business goals.   Responsibilities:
  Lead and manage the CLM Domestic BFSI team, providing strategic direction and guidance.
  Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  Implement and monitor performance metrics, setting targets and evaluating team performance.
  Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency.
  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and alignment of goals.
  Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions.
  Manage and mentor team members, providing performance feedback and career development opportunities.
  Qualifications:
  A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  Minimum 8 years of experience in a managerial role, with a proven track record of success.
  Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven attitude.
  Experience in the BFSI industry is an advantage, with knowledge of back-office operations.
  Proficiency in using MS Office and other relevant software tools.
  Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  Willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
