General Lab support

 Avantor zoekt een Lab Associate voor onze klantenlocatie in Beerse. In deze gevarieerde functie ondersteun je de dagelijkse laboratoriumactiviteiten en zorg je ervoor dat onderzoekers en laboratoriummedewerkers steeds tijdig beschikken over de benodigde materialen en producten. Als belangrijke schakel tussen logistiek en het laboratorium draag je bij aan een efficiënte, georganiseerde en veilige werkomgeving.

Wij bieden een tijdelijk contract van 12 maanden aan ter vervanging van een collega.

Logistieke activiteiten 

• Dagelijks beheer van voorraadkasten en stockrooms a.d.h.v. een voorraadbeheer systeem inclusief ontvangen, uitpakken, verdelen en stockeren van goederen en controle vervaldata 

• Plaatsen/opvolgen van bestellingen via digitale kanalen aan externe partners en volgens de systemen van de eindgebruiker 

• Interne en externe communicatie m.b.t. de opvolging van de bestellingen bij de leveranciers per mail of telefoon 

• Pro-actieve productondersteuning bieden naar de eindgebruikers 

• Verdeling van persoonlijke pakketten besteld door de eindgebruikers 

• Gasflessen beheer  

• Ophalen laboafval (glas, solventen, divers) en aanvullen leeggoed. 

Labo administratieve en ondersteunende activiteiten 

• Cispro: inkomende stalen/chemicaliën registreren in het beheersyteem en unieke barcode toekennen.   

• Opvolgen van dagdagelijkse KPI ‘s 

• Plaatsen van bestellingen in bestelsysteem 

• Opvolging van backorders 

• Nauw contact met aankoopafdeling
