Our client is a high-end product distribution company, seeking experienced professionals to join its organization.



  • Oversee and manage all core functions of the luxury brand, including business development, marketing, operations, and financial management in the Vietnam market.
     (Chịu trách nhiệm điều hành toàn diện các hoạt động kinh doanh, marketing, vận hành và tài chính của thương hiệu cao cấp tại thị trường Việt Nam.)


  • Define and execute long-term brand strategies to position the company as a leading symbol in the luxury mobile/device segment.
     (Xây dựng và triển khai chiến lược phát triển thương hiệu nhằm định vị trở thành biểu tượng hàng đầu trong phân khúc điện thoại/sản phẩm cao cấp.)


  • Design, establish, and manage a premium distribution ecosystem such as boutiques and high-end service centers tailored to affluent clientele.
    (Thiết lập, vận hành và quản lý hệ thống phân phối cao cấp như boutique và trung tâm dịch vụ, phù hợp với nhóm khách hàng thượng lưu.)


  • Lead organizational planning, talent acquisition, and people development to build a high-performance, professional workforce.
    (Lãnh đạo công tác tổ chức, tuyển dụng và phát triển nhân sự nhằm xây dựng đội ngũ chuyên nghiệp với văn hóa hiệu suất cao.)


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
    (Tốt nghiệp đại học trở lên các ngành Kinh tế, Marketing, Quản trị Kinh doanh hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.)


  • Minimum of 10-15 years of senior management experience, preferably within premium or luxury product distribution sectors such as watches, jewelry, fashion, automobiles, mobile devices, or yachts.
    (Có từ 10-15 năm kinh nghiệm quản lý cấp cao, ưu tiên từng làm trong lĩnh vực phân phối sản phẩm cao cấp như đồng hồ, trang sức, thời trang, ô tô, điện thoại hoặc du thuyền.)


  • Proven track record in developing distribution models, managing luxury boutiques and service centers, and overseeing full P&L responsibilities.
    (Có kinh nghiệm triển khai mô hình phân phối, quản lý boutique và trung tâm dịch vụ cao cấp, trực tiếp vận hành toàn bộ P&L của doanh nghiệp hoặc thương hiệu.)


  • Strong financial management capability, with experience managing annual budgets at large scale (over 100 Billion per year).

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, recruit, develop, and retain high-caliber teams.
    (Kỹ năng lãnh đạo xuất sắc, có khả năng truyền cảm hứng, tuyển dụng, phát triển và giữ chân đội ngũ nhân sự chất lượng cao.)


  • Solid expertise in strategic planning, luxury brand marketing, financial governance, and operational management.
