Job Summary
Esta posición realiza responsabilidades de cobro según los procedimientos establecidos para varios tipos de clientes. Él/Ella impacta a la organización mejorando el flujo de efectivo, minimizando los atrasos, reduciendo los Días de Ventas Pendientes y limitando la exposición a deudas incobrables. Esta posición maneja las solicitudes y respuestas de facturación de importaciones de clientes. Él/Ella tiene contacto frecuente con clientes, agencias externas y departamentos internos sobre temas que afectan el pago. Esta posición debe tener conocimiento de múltiples productos, servicios o unidades de negocio.
Responsabilidades:
Ofrece un excelente servicio al cliente.
Responde a las consultas de los clientes dentro del acuerdo de nivel de servicio requerido.
Identifica, prioriza y resuelve problemas complejos que retrasan el pago.
Desarrolla, crea y analiza informes de cobranza y cuentas por cobrar.
Actualiza la información de clientes y otros interesados usando varios programas de software.
Supervisa y mantiene las cuentas de clientes asignadas según los términos de crédito.
Presenta recomendaciones para cancelar saldos de cuentas.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia previa en cobranzas o en servicio al cliente - Preferible
- Nivel de inglés B2-C1 - Obligatorio
- Dominio del uso de productos de Microsoft Office - Obligatorio
- Título universitario o equivalente internacional - Preferible
- Título universitario o equivalente internacional en Negocios o campo relacionado - Preferible
- Fuertes habilidades de organización y priorización
- Experiencia manejando objeciones y logrando compromiso – Preferible
- Experiencia en aplicación de pagos y conciliación – Preferible
- Experiencia manejando disputas y resolución de reclamaciones – Preferible
- Fuertes habilidades de organización y priorización – Preferible
- Habilidades básicas de negociación – Preferible
- Experiencia manejando objeciones y asegurando el compromiso del cliente – Preferible
- Horario: lunes a viernes 7am-4.00pm
