Customer Service Tel Rep

Descripción del puesto
Este puesto ayuda a UPS a brindar un servicio excelente y a generar valor para los clientes mediante el seguimiento de procesos y la provisión de soluciones que facilitan su crecimiento. Este puesto ayuda a UPS a identificar y superar las barreras que impiden el éxito de empleados y clientes.
Responsabilidades:
- Asiste a los clientes con preguntas sobre paquetes y colabora con otros empleados de UPS para encontrar soluciones que faciliten la entrega cuando sea necesario.
- Se mantiene al tanto de los objetivos y resultados de rendimiento.
- Cumple o supera las métricas de los "Indicadores Clave de Rendimiento" (es decir, puntuaciones en encuestas de clientes, calidad, tiempo de impacto en el cliente y cumplimiento del cronograma, etc.).
- Propone ideas y soluciones para mejorar la experiencia de UPS.
Requisitos:
- Sólidas habilidades de atención al cliente y capacidad de escucha.
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal, así como de resolución de problemas.
- Capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente en un entorno dinámico con mínima supervisión y gran atención al detalle.
- Experiencia en atención al cliente o administración general: preferida.
- Estudios bachiller en adelante, preferible universitario.
- Ingles preferido.
- Habilidades de ofimática. Procesadores de palabras.
- Alto sentido de responsabilidad, puntualidad y asistencia.
- Horarios 42 horas semanales.
