The year
You'll rotate through several of these teams, ~3 months each. We choose the path mutually.
People / HR. Help running the OS of Buena.
People / Recruiting (PortCo & HQ). Own a hiring pipeline and find the right people.
Ops / DD. Inside live acquisitions. Run the numbers.
Ops / PMI. Post-Merger Integration. Make another company part of Buena.
Engineering. Work on the software that runs property management at scale.
Product. Gather specs and understand what makes a great product.
Design. Ideate on good design with our Creative Director
