Support and enhance cloud-based and third-party applications throughout their lifecycle, ensuring reliability, performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.
Develop technology strategies and implement improvements that maximize the value of existing products, while considering impacts across applications, integrations, and business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on initiatives involving application systems, data processes, integrations, and data governance practices.
Take end-to-end ownership of assigned work by accurately estimating effort, delivering tested and reviewed solutions, and proactively communicating progress, risks, and blockers.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools responsibly and in accordance with organizational policies, ensuring the ability to understand, explain, validate, and modify all generated code.
Mentor and coach software developers through code reviews, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving activities.
Partner with development teams and stakeholders across the United States, Brazil, and Latin America to deliver technology solutions that support national offices, churches, and end users.
Engage directly with users and business partners when required to resolve software issues, gather additional requirements, and support the delivery of new functionality.
Interpret business and user requirements, translate them into technical implementations, and incorporate feedback received through code reviews and quality assurance processes.
Contribute to the definition, adoption, and continuous improvement of software engineering standards, development methodologies, and technical best practices.
