Full Stack Engineer

In this role, you will help build full stack applications that support complex data flows, interactive user experiences, and modern backend services. You will contribute across the development lifecycle, partnering with design, product, engineering, and infrastructure stakeholders to deliver solutions that are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with user needs. The work includes both hands-on product development and ongoing improvements to architecture, performance, and engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React, TypeScript, and Vite.js on the frontend, and Node.js with TypeScript on the backend.
• Design and implement data processing pipelines and RESTful APIs to handle and render large datasets effectively.
• Implement backend solutions for streaming interfaces for Large Language Models (LLMs), supporting real-time data visualization and interactions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, product owners, and frontend engineers to prototype and refine user interfaces, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems.
• Design and implement scalable, maintainable architectures for both frontend and backend systems.
• Work closely with infrastructure teams to ensure efficient deployment and scaling of applications, including database optimization and API performance tuning.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated building, testing, and deployment of full stack applications.
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end (E2E) testing, using tools like Playwright and Jest.
• Optimize application performance, load times, and backend processing speed, especially for applications managing large datasets.
• Stay updated with the latest full stack development technologies and best practices, suggesting improvements to the tech stack and development workflows.
• Write clear, concise documentation for code, processes, and architecture decisions across the stack.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members on both frontend and backend codebases.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Expert-level experience with React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS, including responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility best practices.
• Strong JavaScript skills, including asynchronous programming and closures.
• Hands-on experience building and working with RESTful APIs, streaming data techniques, and frontend and backend architecture principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with data visualization libraries such as ECharts, Recharts, or similar tools, along with experience using Git version control systems.
• Eligibility to work in Jordan is a plus.
