Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.Applicants must hold a Macao ID due to work permit restriction.
About the role:
The Front Office Specialist is responsible for welcoming and registering hotel guests, explaining the accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment. Checks guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining the bill. Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
What you will do:
Welcome and register hotel guests with an emphasis on fulfilling requests, following special handling instructions and adhering to established credit policies and procedures
check guests out of the hotel in accordance with procedures; make change, cash checks, exchange foreign currency, and post charges to guest accounts
Handle guest problems or complaints
Utilize the computer system in running daily reports and in blocking special requests
Perform tasks and projects as delegated by the Assistant Manager, Reception Manager or Director of Rooms
What you bring:
A minimum of a High School or equivalent education
Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in Chinese and English
Ability to communicate in Chinese is preferred
Pleasant and caring attitude toward the guest
Able to work flexible hours
