Crowne Plaza Amman is looking for a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will play an important role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service, handling guest requests and concerns, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar Front Office role within a hotel environment.
- Previous experience using the OPERA Property Management System (PMS) is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle guest concerns and compliments professionally.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn challenges into positive guest experiences.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- A friendly, professional attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
