For Season 2027, we are looking for a passionate Front Desk Receptionist to join the Elix team in Perdika, Thesprotia.

The Role

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will welcome guests at Elix, assist with arrivals and departures, and support front desk administration.

A Day in the Job

A warm welcome and accurate information help guests throughout their stay.

Here's what a typical day at Elix could look like:

•        You greet guests, assign rooms, collect the necessary registration details and complete check-in and check-out tasks.

•        You answer, screen and forward incoming calls and provide information about available rooms, rates, amenities and services.

•        You respond to complaints promptly and professionally and recommend additional services when appropriate.

•        You coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean, tidy and fully furnished for guests.

•        You keep booking and payment records up to date and receive, sort and distribute mail and deliveries.

•        You keep reception tidy, presentable and stocked with stationery and materials, monitoring supplies and stock inventory.

•        You follow security procedures and control back-office access through reception, including logbook checks and visitor badges.

Is This You?

Essential qualifications:

•        Experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or in a similar role.

•        Experience with a hotel PMS such as Fidelio or Opera and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

•        Excellent spoken and written Greek and English.

•        An outgoing personality, a customer service attitude and strong communication skills.

•        Organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.

Additional qualifications – a plus:

•        Knowledge of German, French or Russian.

•        A degree in Hotel Management.
