Responsabilidades:
- Entrenará y monitoreará el cumplimiento de los standards del personal del sector (calidad, servicio y eficiencia).
- Será responsable por el cumplimento de procedimientos internos del departamento.
- Se comprometerá a que todos los requerimientos del huésped se lleven a cabo en tiempo y forma, cumpliendo y superando sus expectativas.
- Será responsable por el seguimiento de glitches, llegando a la más conveniente resolución de cada uno ellos.
- Será capaz de trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los Senior Managers de todas las áreas.
- Se asegurará que se sigan todos los procedimientos financieros y crediticios.
- Será responsable por motivar a su equipo en el programa de Upsells para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas del sector.
Requisitos:
- Estudios terciarios y/o universitarios afines a la industria.
- Experiencia previa mínima de 5 años en posiciones similares.
- Bilingüe en idioma inglés.
- Disponibilidad horaria para trabajar días y horarios rotativos.
Es imprescindible contar con la documentación necesaria para trabajar en el país.
