Freelance Recruiter - Commission Based

We are looking for experienced Freelance Recruiters to help us source and recruit qualified candidates for our growing team.

You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening them, and presenting suitable profiles to our hiring team.

You are paid for successful hires — no fixed salary.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and your own network.
• Identify candidates who match our job requirements.
• Conduct initial screening and qualification.
• Submit suitable candidates to our hiring team.
• Coordinate with our team throughout the recruitment process.
• Follow up with candidates until the hiring process is completed.
• Build a pipeline of candidates for recurring positions.

• Previous recruitment experience.

• Experience recruiting sales professionals is a strong advantage.

• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.

• Access to LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, or an established candidate network.

• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work independently.

• Results-oriented and motivated by performance-based compensation.

This is a commission-based recruitment opportunity.

You will receive a recruitment fee for every candidate who is successfully hired, based on the agreed terms for the position.

There is no fixed monthly salary. Your earning potential depends on the number of successful placements you make.
