- Participer à la préparation des plats - Effectuer la mise en place avant les services - Préparer les ingrédients selon les consignes de l'équipe de cuisine - Veiller à la propreté du poste de travail et du matériel - respecter les normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire - Participer au rangement des marchandises et des stocks
