As an  FP&A Analyst-(Maternity Leave Cover) in the Finance department in our Israel Office, you’ll play a vital role in owning the company’s operating expense (Opex) planning and forecasting processes. You’ll partner with business leaders to drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making while ensuring spending aligns with business goals. By delivering meaningful financial insights and improving planning processes, you’ll help optimize investments and support the company’s continued growth. 

 

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

2+ years of experience in Corporate FP&A, with hands-on experience managing operating expenses (Opex), budgeting, and forecasting. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to support financial planning and decision-making.Experience working with procurement processes, including PO/PR workflows.

 

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with NetSuite and/or Pigment.Experience developing financial dashboards or automating reporting processes.

 

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Own the operating expense forecasting process, including rolling forecasts and budget tracking.
  • Drive the annual operating planning process in partnership with budget owners across the organization.
  • Partner with department leaders to review financial performance, provide insights, and support business decisions.
  • Manage the PR/PO financial workflow, ensuring alignment with approved budgets and company policies.
  • Perform budget versus actual (BvA) variance analysis and communicate key trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Improve FP&A reporting, dashboards, and planning processes to increase visibility and efficiency.
