EcoSure ist eine Sparte von Ecolab und weltweit führend im Bereich Lebensmittelsicherheit und Markenschutz. Wir suchen derzeit einen freiberuflichen Food Safety & Brand Standard Auditor im Raum Magdeburg und Umgebung in Deutschland.

In dieser Rolle unterstützen Sie Gastronomiemarken, indem Sie Vor-Ort-Audits durchführen und Beratungsleistungen erbringen, um die Ausrichtung an den Markenstandards sicherzustellen und das Gesamterlebnis für Gäste zu verbessern.

Ihre Aufgaben umfassen:

  • Durchführung von Audits zu Lebensmittelsicherheit, Gesundheit & Hygiene sowie Markenstandards vor Ort beim Kunden

  • Beratung der Kunden zu Best Practices in den Bereichen Lebensmittelsicherheit und Hygiene

  • Pflege starker Kundenbeziehungen

Wir suchen Kandidaten, die:

  • Fließend Deutsch und Englisch sprechen

  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Lebensmittelsicherheitsaudits haben, z. B. im Lebensmitteleinzelhandel, Hotel-F&B, Convenience Stores oder an Tankstellen

  • Lebensmittelsicherheitszertifikate besitzen, z. B. HACCP oder ISO 22000

  • Das definierte Gebiet effizient abdecken können

  • Einen gültigen Führerschein besitzen und über ein eigenes Fahrzeug verfügen

  • Leidenschaft für Coaching und Schulungen in lebensmittelbezogenen Bereichen haben

  • Selbstständig arbeiten können

Verfügbarkeit:

  • Langfristige Verfügbarkeit für wiederkehrende Audits

  • Unterstützung von Quartals-Audits und Re-Audits
