Job Description

We are excited to invite passionate hospitality professionals to join the Food & Beverage team at Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort, located in the heart of the Hunter Valley.

About the Roles

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will play an important role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Depending on your level of experience, responsibilities may include:

• Delivering friendly, professional, and efficient service across our restaurants, bars, and events spaces
• Supporting daily Food & Beverage operations, including restaurant service, functions, and guest experiences
• Leading and supporting team members to deliver service excellence (Team Leader positions)
• Ensuring food and beverage standards are maintained in line with brand expectations
• Creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests and team members
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and workplace safety

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel, resort, restaurant, or high-volume hospitality environment (preferred)
• Current RSA certification
• Current Food Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• For Team Leader roles, previous experience supervising or leading a Food & Beverage team is preferred
