Job Description
About you
- You love mornings and breakfast!
- You lead by example, providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Experienced in breakfast operations (buffet service), conference & events.
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- A high standard of grooming and presentation.
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings and on weekends.
What you will be doing?
- Lead breakfast operations and assist with conference and events when required.
- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
- Supervise and delegate duties; Ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
