Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:
- Ανάλυση οικονομικών αποτελεσμάτων και σύνταξη μηνιαίων αναφορών (management reporting)
- Παρακολούθηση προϋπολογισμού και αποκλίσεων (budget vs actual)
- Υποστήριξη διαδικασιών forecasting budgeting & business planning
- Ανάλυση κόστους ανά κλινική, ιατρική πράξη, ΚΕΝ και τμήμα
- Παρακολούθηση KPIs και σύνταξη dashboards
- Συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα (HR, Sales etc.) με σκοπό τη συλλογή, επεξεργασία και αξιολόγηση παραδοχών και αποτελεσμάτων
- Συμμετοχή σε έργα κοστολόγησης, βελτιστοποίησης διαδικασιών και αναδιοργάνωσης
- Υποστήριξη ad-hoc οικονομικών μελετών και επενδυτικών αξιολογήσεων
- Πτυχίο Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής, Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
- Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος (επιθυμητός)
- 2–5 έτη εμπειρίας σε ρόλο Financial / Business Analyst (ιδανικά σε χώρο υγείας)
- Άριστη γνώση Excel (modelling, pivot tables, power query)
- Πολύ καλή γνώση οικονομικής ανάλυσης και reporting και λογιστικών πρακτικών
- Εμπειρία σε ERP SAP & Power BI εργαλεία
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Αναλυτική σκέψη, οργανωτικότητα και business-oriented προσέγγιση & προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια
- Αποτελεσματικότητα σε συνθήκες πίεσης και αυστηρών προθεσμιών
- Ανταγωνιστικό πακέτο αποδοχών, ανάλογο προσόντων και εμπειρίας
- Σημαντικές προοπτικές επαγγελματικής εξέλιξης
- Άμεση συμμετοχή στη στρατηγική και τη λήψη αποφάσεων
