Job Description

THE JOURNEY

• Drive FP&A & Controlling: Support local FP&A and controlling processes, providing the financial core of one of Glovo’s key markets with actionable insights from day one.

• Data Storytelling: Dig into complex datasets and translate numbers into clear, strategic business stories to support management meetings and local strategic projects.

• Dashboard & Tech Ownership: Build, manage, and maintain analytical dashboards to streamline reporting workflows and increase visibility into key metrics.

• Treasury & Cash Flow: Oversee treasury planning and cash flow management, ensuring the integrity of payments and billing cycles.

• Financial Integrity: Maintaining strong financial controls through regular checks and reconciliations.

• Process Automation: Shape the financial future of the business by continuously improving finance workflows, identifying opportunities to automate tasks, and streamlining data flows.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with local and HQ teams to influence strategic decisions and drive operational efficiency across the board.

Qualifications

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in FP&A, Financial Analyst, ideally within a tech company or a fast-paced operational environment.

• Data & Tech Savvy: Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets with a proven track record of building financial dashboards and manipulating complex data. SQL is a plus.

• Core Finance Skills: Strong understanding of treasury planning, cash flow management, and technical accounting/compliance principles.

• Impact-Driven Mindset: You don't just report numbers—you have a sharp analytical mind that extracts "the story" behind the data to drive decision-making.

• Execution & Adaptability: Ability to stay organized, prioritize multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing international environment.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

• Ethical Core: Detail-oriented, results-oriented, and dependable with a strong sense of personal responsibility and ethical commitment.
