Position Summary:
- Prepare and issue guests, corporate, event, and miscellaneous receivable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor and reconcile Accounts Receivable ledgers, ensuring debtor balances are accurate and maintained within agreed credit terms.
- Follow up outstanding accounts and collection activities to minimise overdue balances and reduce bad debt exposure.
- Reconcile daily receipts, bank statements, and payment transactions, ensuring all payments are accurately allocated and recorded.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, billing disputes, chargebacks, and reconciliation variances promptly.
- Assist with month-end processes, including reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and relevant balance sheet accounts.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by preparing documentation and responding to audit queries.
- Assist with other accounting and finance functions as required, providing support to the Finance team to achieve departmental objectives.
