Job Description

At Entain, we're transforming Finance into a world-class, data-driven function. As our new Finance Manager - Data & AI, you'll lead the development and execution of our Finance AI strategy, helping to modernise processes, enhance decision-making and unlock new ways of working across a global FTSE 100 business.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced finance professional to sit at the intersection of Finance, Data, Technology and Transformation, driving meaningful change and helping shape the future of Finance through AI, automation and emerging technologies. [

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and deliver the Finance AI and intelligent automation strategy across the Finance function.
• Build and execute a multi-year roadmap that drives efficiency, strengthens controls and improves business insight.
• Identify and deliver high-value AI and automation opportunities in partnership with Finance, Technology and Transformation leaders.
• Lead the implementation of innovative solutions that simplify processes and enhance operational performance.
• Establish robust governance frameworks that enable the responsible and secure use of AI. [
• Champion innovation, build organisational capability and support the adoption of new technologies across Finance.

Qualifications

We're looking for a commercially minded finance professional who combines strong financial expertise with a passion for transformation and technology.

You'll bring:

• An accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or relevant experience in finance transformation, finance technology or data leadership.
• Experience delivering large-scale finance transformation, AI, automation or digital programmes within a complex organisation.
• Strong knowledge of finance operations, controls, governance and financial reporting.
• The ability to translate emerging technologies into practical business solutions that create measurable value.
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence senior leaders across Finance, Technology and the wider business.
• A collaborative, inclusive and forward-thinking approach to leadership and change.
