Job Summarry :

This role would primarily support Executive Director Finance supporting 3 regions. Help with regional consolidation, ad hoc analytics & business monitoring and reporting.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Responsible for Consolidating  & driving monthly / quarterly preparation of  forecast including closure of revenue and cost accruals for assigned business unit, currently cutting across 43 countries 3 continents of Asia Pacific, India, Europe & Middle East Africa with overall P&L size of ~$800 MNn
• Ensuring the forecast numbers are achieved and in case of any risk, the same is highlighted to Senior Management
• Preparing various adhoc reports / workings which helps Local/Regional and Global Business Heads to take an informed decision
• Preparation of yearly plan in consultation with Business / Global team
• Ensuring timely reporting of monthly results & analysis to Global team, working with Area managers & helping with reporting

Basic qualifications:

• At least 8 to 10 years of Post qualification experience
• Graduate/Post graduate
• Strong writing and speaking English communication skill,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, powerpoint
• Awareness of Oracle Cloud, Atlas usage etc

Skillset to be assessed :

• People management and ability to work in matrix environment
• Ability to independently interact with Global, regional and local stakeholders
• Proactively identify issues and come out with recommendations
• Able to work under tight deadline
• Self-starter
