MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Au sein de la structure financière du cluster Marriott à Puteaux, le stagiaire sera mené à effectuer différentes missions :
- Participation active aux tâches du bureau Financier
- Comptabilité US GAAP / FR GAAP
- Mise en place de procédures et contrôles internes
- Participation aux processus comptabilité fournisseur et client - Clôture Mensuelle
- Contrôler le respect des procédures mises en place
- Suivre les encaissements
- Contrôle des relances
- Suivi des contrats
- Gestion du courrier
- Autres opérations diverses
Localisation : Paris La Défense, France.
PROFIL CANDIDAT
Expérience et Formation
· Minimum - BTS Comptabilité Gestion / BAC + 3, avec cours de Gestion & Comptabilité
· Français et Anglais
· Première expérience en comptabilité serait un plus
· Connaissance du Pack Office (Excel)
· Rigueur, organisation, discrétion, flexibilité
· Excellentes capacités d’écoute, sens de l’accueil et du service
Gratification: 4.50€/heure brut
