iskolci csapatunkba keresünk tapasztalt pénzügyi koordinátort, angol nyelvtudással. Ha rendelkezel hasonló területen néhány év könyvelési tapasztalattal, nem riaszt meg téged a számlák és a riportálás világa, akkor ez a lehetőség ideális lehet számodra!

Job Description:

  • A beérkező számlák iktatása, irattározása, valamint továbbítása a Shared Services Centre (GBS) felé 
  • A beérkező számlák könyvelésének ellenőrzése, gondoskodás azok kifizetéséről
  • Heti riport készítése, nyomonkövetése a számlák állapotáról, korosítási jelentés készítése
  • A GBS és a helyi funkciók közötti együttműködés elősegítése és koordinálása
  • Támogatás a statisztikai riportok készítésében, benyújtásában
  • Tárgyi eszköz analitikák karbantartása, beruházások nyomon követése, leltározásban való aktív részvétel, hozzá kapcsolódó riportok készítése
  • Auditok során a pénzügyi csapat munkájának támogatása
  • Hatékonyság - illetve eredményességjavítást célzó fejlesztési ötletek kezdeményezése

Required Skills and Education

  • Rendelkezel felsőfokú pénzügyi végzettséggel
  • Angol nyelven határozottan és magabiztosan kommunikálsz szóban és írásban egyaránt - erre lesz is lehetőséged napi szinten
  • Rendelkezel 2-3 év tapasztalattal akár könyvelési vagy pénzügyi területen
  • Könnyen együtt tudsz működni a csapatoddal, a társterületekkel
  • Szervezőkészség jellemez, törekszel a problémák mielőbbi hatékony megoldására
