💼 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Supervise door-to-door waste collection staff and drivers; maintain attendance and work-hour records.
🔹 Monitor waste collection, vehicle routing, utilisation, and timely collection.
🔹 Maintain waste collection, segregation, inventory, and WMU records.
🔹 Reinforce waste segregation at household level and provide feedback to households.
🔹 Identify areas with poor segregation and conduct awareness activities.
🔹 Organise awareness campaigns, surveys, and community training activities.
🔹 Assist in composting activities and monitor on-site composting.
🔹 Identify and map local scrap dealers and local champions.
🔹 Collect field photos and provide daily updates to the Project Coordinator.
