About this role

Desempeñar un rol clave en las operaciones de perforación mediante la operación, monitoreo y mantenimiento de sistemas MWD/LWD, garantizando la adquisición, validación y transmisión confiable de datos de fondo en tiempo real. 
Responsable de operar, monitorear y mantener sistemas MWD/LWD durante las operaciones de perforación, garantizando la adquisición, calidad y transmisión confiable de datos de fondo en tiempo real. Brinda soporte técnico a las actividades de perforación direccional mediante la configuración, diagnóstico y optimización de herramientas, asegurando información precisa para la toma de decisiones operativas, minimizando el tiempo no productivo (NPT) y cumpliendo con los estándares de seguridad, calidad y desempeño del cliente.
Su contribución es fundamental para soportar la perforación direccional, optimizar el posicionamiento del pozo, maximizar el desempeño operativo y asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos técnicos, geológicos y de seguridad del proyecto.

Responsabilidades Técnicas:

  • Operación y monitoreo de sistemas MWD/LWD.
  • Adquisición y validación de Survey, Inc, Azimuth y Toolface.
  • Configuración, programación y pruebas funcionales de herramientas.
  • Diagnóstico y troubleshooting de telemetría, sensores, comunicación y alimentación.
  • Armado, desarmado y mantenimiento de herramientas MWD.
  • Monitoreo de parámetros de perforación y desempeño de la herramienta.
  • Soporte al Directional Driller, RSS/LWD y equipo de perforación.
  • Identificación y resolución de fallas para minimizar NPT.
  • Elaboración de reportes técnicos y documentación post-job.
  • Cumplimiento de procedimientos HSE, QA/QC y estándares del cliente.

Requisitos

  • +5 Años de experiencia en MWD/LWD
  • Titulo de Ingeniería
  • Inglés B2 - conversacional
  • Capacidad para permanecer fuera de su lugar de residencia durante períodos prolongados.
  • Disponibilidad para jornadas extendidas y movilización a diferentes locaciones operativas.
