We are seeking an experienced Field Service Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing field crews, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to customer expectations.
The Field Service Supervisor will work closely with customers, field teams, and management while helping drive safety, productivity, and operational excellence in the field.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee daily industrial field service operations, ensuring jobs meet safety, efficiency, and customer requirements.
- Lead and coordinate field crews, schedules, equipment, and daily work assignments.
- Serve as the primary field point of contact for customers and management, providing updates and resolving issues as they arise.
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal regulations.
- Inspect equipment and work areas before jobs begin and address deficiencies to help prevent accidents, injuries, downtime, or equipment damage.
- Operate necessary equipment in accordance with training and safety procedures.
- Provide hands-on direction and support to crew members to ensure work is completed according to client requirements and company standards.
- Safely operate company vehicles in compliance with U.S. DOT and other applicable requirements.
- Manage project documentation and support job reconciliation and review.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support field operations and company objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of supervisory or crew-lead experience in environmental field service operations, construction, manufacturing, or similar industrial settings.
- Experience leading field crews of at least 3 employees.
- Proven ability to work directly with customers and management as a primary field point of contact.
- Experience managing, reconciling, and reviewing job documentation for field projects.
- Valid driver's license.
- TWIC card or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Current HAZWOPER and Confined Space training certifications.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform hands-on field work requiring lifting, frequent kneeling/climbing, confined-space entry, respirator use, and wearing PPE for extended periods.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional nights, weekends, extended hours, and overnight travel based on project needs.

- Experience in industrial emergency response and hazmat clean-up.
- Experience managing project-related vendors.
- Current OSHA 10 certification.
- Current First Aid certification.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
