Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for water treatment & Process Chemicals solution sales in  industries.  

• Identify business opportunities; Maintain customer relationships through value-added services.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to drive top line growth.
• Strengthen end user relationship by providing customer value including but not limited to offering products operation guideline and other products knowledge through company internal resource 
• Integrate sales strategy with regional situations to maximize Veolia's share in the marketplace. 
• Work in a matrix environment with product application, commercial operation,and sourcing & production team
• Ensure all opportunities meet our business objectives for profitability and assess the commercial and technical viability of the project. Determine and assess all risks, including financial, environmental, legal, political, etc.   
• Ensure a smooth transition of all activities to the implementation team.
• Fully compliance to regulation and company policy in all business activities; Strictly follow the requirements of internal risk control processes. 
• Attend and represent Veolia Water Tech in seminars, conferences, regulatory, and other marketing events.
• Develop technical and commercial skill-sets within the commercial team to enhance support to business partners and customer 
• Help FSRs improve their job skills and communication skills, and provide specific work instructions to FSRs in customer-related tasks to resolve issues in line with customer needs.
• Cover FSR tasks when necessary and show good leadership to FSRs and the company.

Qualifications

• College degree in chemical /chemistry, environmental, electrical, mechanical or other related engineering majors;
• 2+ years’ experience in water treatment industry and ability to maintain equipment system;
• Common oral English communication skills and good English reading ability to read and write relevant technical reports; The working language is Korean.
• Customers focus, strong problem solving and interpersonal skills;
• Fit in high trip on business;
• Strong ability to work independently (commercial & technical capacity)
• Great team player
• Good compliance spirit

Good to have 

• Extensive industry experience. 
• Hands-on service experience in chemistry and engineering systems. 
• Good career track record.
• Good experience in water treatment solutions would be a plus
• Good experience in specialty treatment chemicals in chemical industries would be a plus.
