We're looking for a Field Sales Manager (f/m/d) to join our Sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
What you'll own
- Acquire new B2B customers across your sales region and drive sustainable business growth.
- Qualify and prioritize leads, identify customer potential, and manage the sales pipeline from first contact through successful closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision makers, including C level stakeholders, and independently manage customer visits.
- Develop offers, manage tenders, and negotiate contracts in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing.
- Drive achievement of regional sales targets and ensure the full potential of your customer portfolio is realized.
What you'll bring
- Several years of experience in B2B new business sales and customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of the payments industry, ideally in cashless or digital payments.
- A degree in Business Administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship, combined with strong business acumen.
- A results driven sales mindset with excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent German and English skills and confidence using Microsoft Office.
It’s a bonus if you have
- Experience managing relationships with senior decision makers and C level stakeholders.
- Experience with tenders, contract negotiations, and developing customer offers.
- Experience in a field based sales role within an international environment.
