Field Operator (Gas/DR Water Treatment Operation)
About this role
* Operate and monitor water treatment plants, gas supply systems, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, and related equipment. * Monitor and record equipment readings, utility consumption, water quality, and chemical dosing. * Perform routine inspections, equipment changeovers, pipeline leak checks, and scheduled maintenance activities. * Identify and report equipment faults and process abnormalities. * Conduct shift handovers and ensure compliance with work permits and safety procedures. Requirements * Technical Diploma in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 3 years of experience in water treatment, DR plants, gas stations, or utility systems. * Knowledge of natural gas, oxygen, nitrogen, argon, compressed air, and cooling water systems. * Understanding of water chemistry, industrial equipment, and P&ID drawings. * Basic computer skills and good English communication abilities. * Strong teamwork, safety awareness, and ability to work under pressure.
