Field Marketing Manager
We have an opportunity for Field Marketing Manager to join our EMEA Field Marketing team, based in France and reporting to theField Marketing leader for Southern Europe.
In this role, you will develop and execute a marketing plan for France designed to generate leads and pipeline in support of the region's sales revenue and bookings targets. You will work closely with the France sales team to understand key accounts, target accounts, pipeline coverage and top channel partners, and use that understanding to build a focused programme of events, digital activity, content and partner-led demand generation. As one of our key growth markets this is a fantastic opportunity to really make a mark.
You will own the marketing plan, budget and partner relationships for your patch, and act as a genuine partner to the sales team rather than an execution resource for it. You will be part of a close-knit team of EMEA field marketers who are equal parts creative and data-driven, and part of a wider Global Field Marketing organisation with colleagues across AMS and APJ.

- Ensure leads generated in France are assigned promptly and receive timely follow-up
- Track and report on marketing performance in Salesforce and our reporting tools, showing how activity converts from first response through to qualified pipeline and bookings, and what return each investment delivered
- Use the AI tools already built into the team's workflow to plan, produce and report on campaigns more efficiently
