About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Field Marketing Intern to support our marketing team in planning and executing events, customer engagements, campaigns, and field marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys events, networking, execution, and working in a fast-paced B2B environment and wants hands-on exposure to field marketing and event-led demand generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of customer events, roundtables, conferences, webinars, product demos, and partner events.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Partnerships, Product, Design, and Content for event execution.
- Assist with event registrations, invitations, attendee management, follow-ups, and post-event communication.
- Research and build lists of prospects, customers, CXOs, and industry stakeholders for marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, agencies, venues, and partners.
- Support the creation of event collaterals, presentations, invitations, emailers, WhatsApp communication, and social media content.
- Maintain event trackers, budgets, vendor details, attendee lists, and other marketing documentation.
- Assist the sales team in driving customer and prospect participation in field marketing programs.
- Track event performance, attendance, engagement, leads, and other relevant metrics.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups and help maintain accurate CRM/event data.
- Support other field marketing and demand-generation initiatives as required.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience; freshers with relevant internships are welcome.
- Strong interest in B2B marketing, events, technology, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and execution abilities.
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
- Good written and verbal English.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and basic digital tools.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
- Ability to work from events and travel occasionally, when required.
