Facilities Coordinator (ServiceNow) - UAE National

We are currently partnering with a prestigious government organization in Abu Dhabi to recruit an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join their Corporate Services team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in ServiceNow, facilities management, workplace services, corporate administration, access control systems, and service desk operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate service requests through the organization's Service Desk platform, ensuring requests are assigned, tracked, and completed within agreed service levels. Support day-to-day workplace and corporate services operations by coordinating with internal departments and external service providers. Administer employee and contractor access, including ID card issuance, access permissions, and building access requests. Maintain accurate records within the ServiceNow platform and ensure all service requests are updated accordingly. Prepare regular operational reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for management review. Monitor recurring work orders and scheduled maintenance activities to ensure timely completion. Assist with time and attendance administration, workplace asset tracking, and inventory records. Coordinate the issuance and return of company assets, access devices, and security credentials. Respond professionally to employee enquiries and provide excellent internal customer support. Assist with general administrative activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Corporate Services. Requirements Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in Service Desk, Corporate Services, Workplace Services, Facilities Management, or Administration within a corporate environment. Hands-on experience using ServiceNow is essential. ServiceNow certification will be considered an advantage. Familiarity with access control systems, employee ID management, visitor management, or building security processes. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail with a proactive and customer-focused approach. Arabic language skills are advantageous but not mandatory.
