Concentrix Malaysia is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Associate to support the day-to-day operations and maintenance of office facilities. The successful candidate will help ensure a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment while coordinating facility maintenance activities and vendor services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the maintenance and upkeep of office facilities, including ups, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
- Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance activities.
- Monitor facility-related work orders and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Maintain records of facility assets, maintenance schedules, and service reports.
- Assist with office moves, renovations, and workspace planning activities.
- Support emergency response and business continuity procedures.
- Monitor utility usage and support energy-saving initiatives.
- Respond to employee facility-related requests and concerns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Building Management, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in facilities management, building maintenance, property management, or a related function.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting corporate offices, contact centers, BPOs, or commercial facilities.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and facility management systems.
- Professional certifications related to facilities management are an advantage.
