Zur Unterstützung der Abteilung sucht Airbus Defence and Space einen

Fachkraft IV/Kunststofffertiger (d/m/w)

Als Teil der Produktion in Immenstaad am Bodensee verantwortet die Abteilung Composite-Fertigung die Gesamte Herstellung von Satelliten- und Flugzeugstrukturen. Hierbei unterstüzt du bei allen anfallenden Tätigkeiten des Fachbereichs.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Herstellen von Satelliten und Flugzeugstrukturen aus CFK/GFK Materialien- und Bauteilen

  • Eigenverantwortliches arbeiten mit komplexen Faserverbundwerkstoffen

  • Herstellung von Handlaminaten, im Prepreg- und RTM Verfahren

  • Erfahrung im Bedienen von Ablege Maschinen und Cutter

  • Interesse an neuen Technologien und deren Umsetzung sowie dem arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld

  • Flexible / Wechselnde Tätigkeiten und Aufgaben im Rahmen von Leichtbaustrukturen

Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Kunststofftechnik / Feinwerktechnik / Flugzeugmechaniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation (bspw. Bootsbau)

  • Gute Kenntnisse im Herstellen von Faserverbundteilen und Produktionsabläufen wünschenswert

  • Erfahrung und Sicherer Umgang von bedienen von Fertigungsanalgen

  • Erfahrung bei Klebearbeiten (verschiedene Klebertypen)

  • MS Office und SAP Kenntnisse

  • fließende Deutsch Kenntnisse erforderlich, Englisch Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
