What You'll Do:
Operate machinery and production equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and compliance with specifications.
Perform basic troubleshooting and assist with resolving routine production issues.
Complete material handling, equipment setup, and basic maintenance activities.
Maintain accurate production records and report concerns to supervisors.
Follow all safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
Participate in team projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist with training and onboarding new team members when needed.
Work collaboratively with coworkers to meet production goals and schedules.
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred.
Ability to safely operate machinery and production equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
