Job Description
- The incumbent is responsible for the overall cleanliness of the outlet, and is not limited to the service area.
- Shall ensure that buffet tables and chafing dishes are set according to the outlet standards.
- Ensures that inventories are adequately stocked.
- Ensures that facilities and equipment are in good condition.
- Responsible for assisting in the monthly smallwares and beverage stock take.
- F&B department will allocate employee into outlets depending on the requirement of the department
Qualifications
Minimum one year of experience in the same capacity (F&B service or related role).
Good English communication skills – both verbal and written.
Ability to work long hours under pressure, maintaining a positive attitude and high level of service.
