Our Technical Sales Representatives play a pivotal role in driving our market growth by delivering technical expertise and tailored solutions directly to our customers and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships across contractor, applicator, engineer, and specifier networks.

• Manage assigned territories, grow existing accounts, and identify new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

• Provide on-the-ground technical advice, system recommendations, and application support.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal technical, marketing, operations, and customer service teams.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven background in technical/B2B solution sales OR hands-on trade/application experience (e.g., applicator, tradesperson, or technical specialist).

• Strong commercial mindset with motivation to achieve targets and drive business growth.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first approach.

• High degree of self-motivation, proactivity, and the ability to operate autonomously in the field.

• Background in construction, building materials, waterproofing, concrete, chemicals, engineering, or industrial manufacturing is highly regarded.
