About the Role As an Export Sales Specialist at Talent 360, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales activities across regional markets, achieving targets, negotiating commercial terms, and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and key accounts. The ideal candidate should hat Talent 360, ave experience in FMCG export sales and the ability to work closely with different teams to ensure smooth workflow, accurate follow‑up, and high‑quality execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow sales activities in regional markets.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.
• Identify new opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
• Prepare forecasts, reports, and market insights.
• Represent Rosaltè in regional meetings and trade events.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• 4+ years of sales experience (FMCG preferred).
• Experience in regional/international markets is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication in Arabic & English (bilingual preferred).
• Results-driven mindset with commercial awareness.
• Willingness to travel regionally when required.
