• Performs advanced data analysis to generate strategic and operational insights for informed people decision-making • Creates and presents detailed reports and dashboards to senior stakeholders that provide insights into workforce trends, performance and future needs • Analyzes complex data from systems, reports & dashboards to develop actionable insights and drive a data driven culture that allows senior leadership to make informed decisions • Manages data structures, requirements, and quality for specific areas, ensuring data is consistent, reliable, and meets business needs • Leads the data governance process for a specific area, ensuring data is managed, structured, and handled appropriately, in accordance with best practices and legal requirements, fostering a culture of data accountability • Develops and implements a comprehensive data privacy and governance strategy that aligns with relevant regulations and standards, ensuring consistent compliance across the organization • Analyzes workflow changes for their impact on HR data and reporting, develops comprehensive test scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and supports system upgrades and modifications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality Grade Descriptor • Requires specialized conceptual and practical knowledge in own discipline or field and comprehensive understanding of related disciplines • Solves complex and diverse problems • Works independently, receives minimal guidance • Leads projects or project steps within a broader or cross-functional project or may have accountability for on-going activities or objectives • Contributes to process improvements • Acts as a resource for and supports the development of colleagues with less experience • Impacts the ongoing achievement of customer, operational, project/program or key business/organizational/service objectives and recommends improvements within area of responsibility • Explains difficult or sensitive information to facilitate productive discussion; works to build consensus
