Si vous souhaitez contribuer activement à la transformation du secteur de l’assurance commerciale au sein d’une entreprise en forte croissance, nous recherchons un(e) experte en sinistre au sein de notre filiale RPMX, spécialisée en règlement de sinistres.

Relevant de la Présidente de notre division RPMX, l’expert ou l’experte en sinistre aura comme principales tâches d’enquêter sur les dossiers d’envergures en responsabilité civile et professionnel.

Principales responsabilités

• Gérer l’analyse, enquêter et assurer le règlement des dossiers dans le respect des conditions contractuelles
• Être le point de contact des courtiers, partenaires et assurés tout au long du processus
• Échanger régulièrement avec les collègues, afin d'approfondir les connaissances, autant au niveau de la souscription que des réclamations
• Participer à des colloques liés à nos besoins
• Compléter les UFC obligatoires

Profil recherché

•  Minimum de 10 années d’expérience en tant qu’expert(e) en sinistre
• Détenir un permis d’expert en sinistre entreprise
• Avoir travaillé avec les Lloyds (Requis) 
• Être bilingue puisque la plupart des dossiers sont avec les Lloyds
• Connaitre les systèmes VCA, SIG XP, SharePoint et Guidewire (fort atout)
• Connaitre les contrats Lloyds (fort atout)
• Être structuré
• Être flexible et avoir une facilité à s’adapter aux changements

If you are interested in playing an active role in transforming the commercial insurance sector within a rapidly growing company, we are looking for a Claims Adjuster to join our subsidiary RPMX, which specializes in claims management and adjustment services.

Reporting to the President of our RPMX division, the Claims Adjuster will be primarily responsible for investigating and handling complex commercial liability and professional liability claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, investigate, and manage the resolution of claims files in accordance with policy terms and conditions
• Serve as the main point of contact for brokers, partners, and insureds throughout the claims process
• Collaborate regularly with colleagues to deepen expertise in both underwriting and claims management
• Participate in industry conferences and seminars relevant to business needs
• Complete all required continuing education credits (CE credits)

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster
• Hold a Commercial Claims Adjuster license
• Experience working with Lloyd's (required)
• Bilingual (English/French), as the majority of claims involve Lloyd's
• Knowledge of VCA, SIG XP, SharePoint, and Guidewire systems (strong asset)
• Knowledge of Lloyd's policy wordings and contracts (strong asset)
• Strong organizational skills
• Flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
