What You'll Do
- Install hurricane impact windows and doors in residential homes
- Follow manufacturer specifications and Florida building code requirements
- Complete installations safely, efficiently, and with exceptional craftsmanship
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver outstanding customer service
- Travel to assigned job sites as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven experience installing impact windows and doors
- Established installation crew
- Own truck and trailer
- Required tools and equipment
- Ability to read and follow manufacturer installation instructions and product approvals
- Strong understanding of proper waterproofing and installation methods
- Reliable transportation
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory
- At least one English-speaking crew member
Required Documentation
- General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 minimum)
- Florida Workers' Compensation exemption or applicable coverage
