Description
Our Expeditors (Expo) play an important role in keeping service running smoothly, acting as the link between the kitchen and front-of-house team. You’ll help ensure orders are complete, accurate, well-presented, and delivered to guests efficiently.
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented people who communicate well, stay organized, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous restaurant experience is an asset.
Availability
The ideal candidate has open availability Monday – Tuesday between 10am to 2pm,
and Wednesday – Friday between 10am to 4pm.
Weekly hours may vary but average between 20–24 hours per week.
Compensation
The starting wage for this position is $16.00 per hour, plus gratuities at month-end.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or fast-paced food service environment is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills to effectively communicate with guests and team members.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- A positive attitude and a passion for providing great service.
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays or plates safely.
- Additional training such as ProTect, Standard First Aid, Food Safety, and/or WHMIS is an asset.
