The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across different types of tasks, taking direction, managing priorities, and proactively supporting the client’s day-to-day activities.

This is initially a 10-hour-per-week engagement, which will also allow the client to assess the VA’s skills, working style, and overall fit.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Preparing information and materials before meetings
  • Organizing meeting details
  • Conducting relevant research when required
  • Ensuring the client has the necessary information before meetings
  • Supporting follow-up administrative tasks related to meetings, as assigned

  • Minimum of 10 hours per week
  • Part-time engagement
  • Schedule can be flexible
  • The VA should be able to accommodate the client's preferred working hours/time zone when needed
